Made with the same dedication to quality that has made the Global kitchen knives so successful the accessory line includes carving forks, sharpening steels, spatulas, turners, palette knives, cooking tweezers, chopsticks, fish bone tweezers, tongs, crab and lobster forks, steak forks and knives, cheese knives, table spoons, tea spoons and soup spoons.

The accessories line features a sleek high tech look to match the kitchen knives and are made from the same high quality molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel as the famous knives. If you are a fan of your Global knife set we think you would be proud to own any of the accessory products!

With proper care any of the many products that Global makes will last many many years if not for life. We think it is a good idea to wash your Global Accessories by hand using mild dish washing liquid soap and water. After washing completely dry your item with a towel. We don’t recommend putting your Global products in a dish washing machine. While we doubt a dishwasher would damage any of the Global knives or products so much they couldn’t be used they could be chipped or scratched. Also, exposure to high heat and powerful detergents found in some dishwashers can be harmful to CROMOVA 18 high carbon stainless steel.
